Check Out This Simple Vanilla Sweet Bread

This last week has been a bit crazy for me. For most of the week, I wasn’t even sure I’d actually make any bread. I’ve been taking a mini vacation to help my husband recover from surgery.

But then, as it does, my sweet tooth called out to me.

And I wanted something sugary. And something light. And something easy.

Hence, Simple Vanilla Sweet Bread.

Yeah, it is just really good.

I’m so happy with how it turned out, and I thought I’d go ahead and share it like usual on my bread blog, BreadbytheHour.com.

Seriously – I feel like I can eat this bread all by myself. Or if I’m feeling crazy, I can just add whatever I have on hand and make it even better. Chocolate chips? Oh yeah. Strawberries? Yes please. Cream cheese glaze? Please do. Buttercream frosting? Why not?

I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. I will probably make it again soon.

Did You Try It?

If you like fast, easy sweet breads, then please hop on over to my other blog and give this recipe a try. And if you like it, share your thoughts and comments on the post. Every rating and comment makes my day because I know I had a little impact on someone else’s life. That sounds cheesy, I know. But it does.
