Give Maple Oat Sourdough Sandwich Bread a Try

I’ve been practicing how to make a sandwich loaf lately, and I’ve been pretty pleased with my progress so far!

This week I shared my maple oat sourdough sandwich bread recipe, and I just love the flavor. It’s so wholesome and cozy, and it’s a great recipe for this fall season.

Maple Oat Sourdough Sandwich Bread does take a long time to make, however. It’s not as easy to whip up as some of my other recipes on my blog.

But if you’re bored during Quarantine or just feel like settling into a long, therapeutic bread baking sessions, this recipe is absolutely perfect. The texture and the flavor are definitely worth the wait, and it’s a fun way to use up some sourdough starter (which I always seem to have excessive amounts on hand).

Let me know if you end up trying my recipe! Comments on blogs totally make my day and give me all sorts of warm fuzzies inside. I love hearing that my little blog had a positive effect in someone else’s life.
