Spiced Carrot Pecan Bread

Costco is a great place for buying big bags of carrots and nuts. But my family sometimes struggles to eat what we buy before it expires.

In a desperate attempt to eat as many nuts and carrots as we could endure, I made some carrot pecan bread. And wow, I’m so glad I did.

It’s pretty much a tasty carrot cake, but in bread form – and that makes it wonderful. Even better, it tastes phenomenal with cream cheese frosting.

You should go try my latest recipe by going to my bread blog, Breadbythehour.com, and reading my Spiced Carrot Pecan Bread post. Enjoy the photos while you’re at it – I’m kind of proud of them.

Did You Try It?
