Chocolate Chip Greek Yogurt Dip With PBFit

If you’ve followed my blog at all, then you’d know that I’m a sucker for chocolate and peanut butter. The two flavors are a match made in heaven, and I’ve made plenty of chocolate chip cookie and bread recipes that included my favorite ingredients.

However, peanut butter and chocolate can feel a bit naughty.

Any kind of nut butter tends to have more than its fair share of calories. As a result, it’s tough finding a balance between flavorful and fit. I want to be healthy, but I don’t want to sacrifice the foods I enjoy.

Fortunately, PBFit Powder has been a godsend. It has all the delightful protein and fiber of regular peanut butter, but with less fat. I’ve mixed it with water and cinnamon to make a peanut butter drizzle. I’ve also tossed it into my favorite banana-free smoothie to keep me full for hours.

If you have a little peanut butter powder on hand (or just regular peanut butter), don’t wait to make this peanut butter chocolate chip Greek yogurt dip with PBFit.

I love eating this dip by the spoonful on its own. The texture, flavor, and consistency resemble cookie dough but with much less sugar. However, it also works well when paired with apple slices or strawberries. It makes for a guilt-free, high-protein and high-fiber snack in the afternoon that will keep me full for hours.

Better still, this peanut butter chocolate chip greek yogurt dip with PBFit doesn’t require any baking, cooking, or prepping to pull together. All I have to do is dump everything into a bowl, stir, and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 150 Grams Greek Yogurt, Unflavored (5.3 Ounce Container)
  • 32 Grams PB Fit Powder (1/4 Cup)
  • 21 Grams Honey (1 Tablespoon)
  • 14 Grams Mini Chocolate Chips (1 Tablespoon)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, PB Fit, honey, and chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You don’t have to use PB Fit powder if you don’t have any. I prefer it because it’s high in protein and low in fat. You can use 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter (or crunchy if that’s what you like).
I’ve also swapped out the honey for a tablespoon of Torani vanilla syrup for a mix that’s not as sweet as honey but still delicious.

Did You Try It?

This chocolate chip peanut butter Greek yogurt dip with PBFit has been my go-to snack this summer, and I would love it if my recipe became your favorite snack as well. If you’ve tried my dip recipe, feel free to leave me some feedback in the comment section below and don’t forget to leave a star rating so others can find and enjoy my recipe as well.
