White, Wheat, and Rye Artisan Sourdough Bread

Well, I’ve gone and done it.

I written another bread post at BreadbytheHour.com.

But this time I’m feeling especially proud of it because I made an artisan bread – and it turned out beautifully. I love this White, Wheat, and Rye Artisan Sourdough recipe. It’s flavorful. It’s holey without those cavernous holes that leak food everywhere. And It’s just plain awesome.

If you’re a beginning baker, don’t let this artisan recipe scare you away. I broke down each step with pictures and I provided timing for each step to make this recipe as easy as possible.
