Ingredients
  

  • 16 Grams PBFit Powder (2 Tablespoons)
  • 12.5 Grams White Granulated Sugar (2 Tablespoons)
  • 7 Grams Cocoa Powder (1 Tablespoon)
  • 0.7 Grams Salt (1/8 Teaspoon)
  • 18.5 Grams Vegetable Oil (1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon)
  • 2 Grams Vanilla Extract (1/2 Teaspoon)
  • 15 Grams Milk (1 Tablespoon)
  • 10 Grams Mini Chocolate Chips (1 Tablespoon)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit (176° Celsius)
  • Stir together the dry ingredients: peanut butter powder, sugar, cocoa, salt.
  • Add in the wet ingredients: vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until just moistened.
  • Spoon batter into lightly greased, oven-safe ramekin.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Brownie will be done when inserted toothpick comes away clean. Serve warm.

Notes

You can also make this recipe in the microwave. Simple use a microwave safe container (a mug or ramekin will work), and cook on high for 50 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
