- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit (176° Celsius)
- Stir together the dry ingredients: peanut butter powder, sugar, cocoa, salt.
- Add in the wet ingredients: vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until just moistened.
- Spoon batter into lightly greased, oven-safe ramekin.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Brownie will be done when inserted toothpick comes away clean. Serve warm.
Notes
You can also make this recipe in the microwave. Simple use a microwave safe container (a mug or ramekin will work), and cook on high for 50 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
