Ingredients
  

  • 16 Grams PBFit Powder (2 Tablespoons)
  • 12.5 Grams White Granulated Sugar (2 Tablespoons)
  • 7 Grams Cocoa Powder (1 Tablespoon)
  • 0.7 Grams Salt (1/8 Teaspoon)
  • 18.5 Grams Vegetable Oil (1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon)
  • 2 Grams Vanilla Extract (1/2 Teaspoon)
  • 15 Grams Milk (1 Tablespoon)
  • 10 Grams Mini Chocolate Chips (1 Tablespoon)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit (176° Celsius)
  2. Stir together the dry ingredients: peanut butter powder, sugar, cocoa, salt.
  3. Add in the wet ingredients: vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until just moistened.
  4. Spoon batter into lightly greased, oven-safe ramekin.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Brownie will be done when inserted toothpick comes away clean. Serve warm.

Notes

You can also make this recipe in the microwave. Simple use a microwave safe container (a mug or ramekin will work), and cook on high for 50 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
