Ingredients
  

  • 45 Grams Quick Oats (1/2 Cup)
  • 245 Grams Milk (1 Cup)
  • 84 Grams Peaches (1/2 Cup)
  • 166 Grams Frozen Strawberries (1 Cup)

Method
 

  1. In a blender, pulse the quick oats until they become a fine powder.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Notes

I like to flavor my strawberry peach oat smoothie with an extra tablespoon of extra light syrup from the bottled peaches I use. However, if that's not sweet enough enough for you, feel free to add a tablespoon of Torani vanilla syrup, honey, sugar, or a sweetener of your choice. 
Keep in mind that if you don't thoroughly blend the oats, your smoothie might have a grainy texture rather than a creamy, smooth one. If your blender struggles to process the oats, consider using a fine-ground oat flour instead.
