My Blog Shop Refund Policy

At, I want to ensure that you are completely happy with your order.

  • If you have any questions about a recently purchased product, feel free to contact me within 14 days of product delivery.
  • I will do my best to respond to your email within 7 business days. I will work with you regarding your order from there.

Keep in mind that I’m just trying to run my business from my home. I’m not a huge company; I’m an artist. Please be patient with me.

I need to know where a product went wrong and what I can do to make it better the next time around. Your input is valuable to the success of my business. When you reach out to me, please provide as many details as possible.

Try to include the following:

  • The Order ID
  • Your Name and Address
  • Your Purchase Date

I use WooCommerce to run my blog shop, and the above information will help me find your order. If your order arrives damaged, I can issue a refund. WooCommerce will then attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible, though it may take up to 20 days for the refund to show up on your credit card or bank account.

Please note that I Do NOT Accept Returns on the Following Items:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders
  • Digital Downloads
  • Perishable Items (like Food or Flowers)

Keep in mind that you will be responsible to return shipping costs. If you return an item and it does not arrive in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
