Hey everybody! Did you miss me? I know it’s been a few months. I’ve been very busy chasing after my baby. I still need to come up with a good routine so I have more time to blog. Until then, I’ll just settle for the occasional sporadic post.

Easy, Fast, and Fun
With all the chasing I have to do on a regular basis, I don’t have a as much time to bake bread as I would like. Most days, I count myself lucky if I can remember to feed my starter. Consequently, whenever I can stir together a recipe in less than 20 minutes, I’m over the moon about it.
I like this recipe in particular because the add-ins are pretty versatile. Although I primarily prefer chocolate chips, my sourdough discard peanut butter bread works great with raisins, dried cranberries, and nuts. Or, you could skip the add-ins entirely and focus on spreads. A smidge of butter is nice, as well as jam and Nutella.
Also, this bread makes a great base for muffins. I will share the muffin version later this week!
